Things I saw around Roanoke last week...
1)
No Parking here, and No Parking there...
2)
Just a simple wreath but looks so pretty!
3)
How about this grand entry?! LOVE!!
4)
This one may not be big and fancy but I like it just the same! Look at the cute little snowman star to the left of the door!
5)
Always a fan of red doors!
That's my 5 this week friends! I look forward to seeing what you have to share! Post 5 randoms, link back and visit others...have a great weekend!
Since linky isn't working, I'm creating a new linky to see if that helps! I'm sorry this has been glitchy today :(

I like doors too. The grand entry is very impressiv but with the wreath they are all so invitingly.

Very pretty doors, but my absolute favorite is the first!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend
Oh, and I miss seeing that church!! Along with all the BEAUTIFUL old homes. Such a special town. Thank you. blessings ~ tanna
ReplyDelete...doors, what a great collection, I always wonderful what is on the other side.
ReplyDeleteA nice selection of entrances. I don't know why anyone would want to park in front of the doors in that first picture, though. Love all those columns. I have found in my investigations over the years that red doors are common in Episcopal churches. This church has a gorgeous building!
ReplyDeleteThe second one is my favorite
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful week-end!
First impressions count - a front door makes a statement! The third photo is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting - I seem to be having trouble with the link. I have tried a couple of times and it does not seem to show up on your list. Any ideas?
The church is a beauty!
ReplyDeleteThese are sure beautiful and large houses. I love that one with the cement creatures in front. What a very fancy and unusual door!
ReplyDeleteHave I been blocked from linking or is the link not working? I've tried twice now... LeeAnna at not afraid of color
ReplyDeleteNo! There's something wrong with the darn linky! I've tried adding Angie's and it just says it was submitted and then does nothing 😢 when I get home I'll try and close this one and open a new one and see if that works!
DeleteSome nice looking doors there. I do like the church, very attractive and of course, I too, love red doors.
ReplyDeleteI love that you found interesting things around your town to share. - The wreaths are very nice. I like the "Grand Entrance", especially the cats on the side of the stairs.
ReplyDeleteI tried to add my link but it's not showing up. Here is the link:

I love that first set of doors! The weathering is awesome!
ReplyDeleteGreat bunch of doors! Sorry that technology is causing problems.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving the collection of doorways.... the grand homes, the 'normal people' one, the wonderful red church door (I remember seeing a few of those on our tour 'up East' ... they are just great). And not to forget the barn...I certainly would not park there!! I very much like the idea of using your camera for 'collecting' certain objects (or parts of objects) ... I'lkl try to remember to try that especially when we're home in Oregon in the summer -- sometimes it's hard to find blogging inspiration there when my walks are only around home . Thanks for the idea!!
ReplyDeleteNice collection of pictures.
