The Twisted Oak Restaurant located at 116 N Broad St in historic Monroe. It's on our list of places to eat at, but we haven't yet. I like the outdoor seating. To read more about the restaurant and see their menu, click HERE
j'aime bien ces tables et ces chaises devant le restaurant. Comme je suis gourmand, je suis allé voir le menu, et cela donne envie. I like these tables and chairs in front of the restaurant. As I am greedy, I went to see the menu, and it makes you want.
Jim, I think shrimp and grits come from Charleston, not sure, but I think so! We were in Charleston over the summer and never did get a chance to try them there, but have heard they are yummy, like FT Lauderdale says!
Looks like a great place! Let them know you blogged them and maybe they will comp part of your meal. It has worked for me at local places here in McKinney.
It looks inviting. I would try the hot chili seafood, but maybe stay away from the shrimp and grits. I guess thats a deep south thing?
