Driving Miss Daisy

I had to go to Food Lion to pick up some groceries and noticed this cute little pooch waiting patiently in the driver's seat. It always, without fail, makes me laugh when I see a dog sitting in the driver's seat of a vehicle, lol.

  1. Do you think he would have been so nice if you've come closer to the car, ha ah?

  2. I feel kind of sorry for animals in cars. They look sad to me.

  3. Ha Alice, that's why I kept my distance!

Country Dew, on a hot day, it just makes me angry to see an animal locked in a car.

    Thanks JM :)

  6. He is adorable and so patient! I actually called the police when I saw a dog locked in a hot car during the summer. I got yelled at by the owner, but I didn't care.

  7. Me too!! I get such a kick out of it. And I appreciate it this time of year when it's my dog and she's keeping my seat warm for me! ;-)

  8. I'm cackling here... now just how cute is that? Missy always wants to go along but I MAKE her stay in the back . She's always been a wanderer and I'm afraid she'd take off and drive to Virginia Beach for the week-end... lmao

  9. Good catch! My husband tried to get a picture of a dog sitting in the driver's seat in a parked car last week...but the dog wouldn't look at him and pose for the picture.

  10. He actually does look like that's his truck! He looks like a young man, trying to be cool behind the wheel. haha

  11. That is so cute, he knows where he belongs and he loves it there.

Our poodle loves to ride in the pick-up, he has his own spot in the middle between us. He is always disappointed when he has to stay home.

  12. This always makes me smile, too. But I get a little nervous when it's a moving vehicle! Actually, I've seen a dog in a moving driver's lap quite a few times around here.
