SkyWatch Friday

So was Santa good to you? I'm wiped out! Over shopping, over cooking and over indulging but we had a wonderful Christmas!

We didn't get a white Christmas but instead had beautiful sunny, warm weather. I took this skywatch photo from the top pasture while I was out walking around trying to burn some unwanted calories!

  1. Wow, looks like a miracle! And a white Christmas isn't all it's made out to be! It was so darn slippery I couldn't even get out for a walk!

  2. I could use some exercise too! I think we'll strap on the snowshoes this afternoon and head off into the woods...

  3. Glad you had a good Christmas Tanya! Mine was great! The weather here was so warm I had to turn on the A/C to cool the house down after cooking all afternoon.

I would like to be able to watch the sun in its face as you did. I can't.

  15. Great sky. Glad you had a nice Christmas, ours was wonderful with children and grandchildren everywhere. Today was as much work as yesterday, trying to put the house back together but it's all worth it.

  16. I wish we could send some snow your way! One of my sisters who lives in Vienna was lamenting the lack of snow. Her 3-yr old daughter really wanted snow for Christmas!

  18. A brilliant flash through the fencing, Tanya. It must be wonderful to live on acreage in an old farm house.

I had a very sunny Christmas, but today it's raining and everything looks grey outside... I hate this, hope the sun will be back in a few days...
