SkyWatch Friday

The heat/humidity was pretty intense a couple of weeks ago, but we'd get a bit of a break with these short afternoon storms. You can tell fall is coming, the days are getting shorter. I'm not ready for summer to end!

Sorry I've not been keeping up on here, my usb cable to my camera broke and I had to order a new one. I tried to contact Samsung through their customer service number, only to have my call outsourced to a foreign country and was not being understood. Tried emailing Samsung's customer service and NEVER heard back. Eventually got it at a good price through a rinky dink company I found online. Moral of the story, Samsung does not provide descent customer service.

So back on track, to see more skies from all over the world, visit SKYLEY!

Happy SkyWatching!

  2. Welcome back, Tanya! Sorry to hear about your customer service woes. When choosing brands here in Manila (for any kind of equipment or appliance), we've learned to prioritize service, especially since quality's good across most brands anyway.

Love your misty fields and woods. Hope winter doesn't come too soon.

  3. So good to see you back. I figured your summer had just become too full to make time to post. This is a beautiful shot to return with.

  11. I don't want summer to end either.

My camera also broke recently. Years ago it wouldn't be a big deal but nowadays that we're digital and we'll all taking pictures left and right, don't you think they've become like another appendage or something?

  12. You can get a USB cable at just about any electronics store. I'm sure Best Buy has them, probably so does Wal Mart in fact. They are quite common these days. Just take your camera and tell them you need a USB cable for it.
