Built by the Pencoyd Construction Company in 1893 this railroad bridge crosses the Potomac River into Harpers Ferry, WV

  5. Wow! Harpers Ferry looks (and sounds) like a fascinating place to visit as shown in your last few posts! The river's proud history of flood activity reminds me of a few rivers downunder in OZ!! Maybe we've got something in common despite our completely different environments!
