Crepes in Daleville

Meet Cina Le Moine, the crepe artist. We stopped at Ikenberry's yesterday to try a couple of crepes. The Original French Creperie is parked in Ikenberry's parking lot and is open the same hours as Ikenberry's.

Nick and I went savory and split a chicken with bell peppers, onions and cheese while the boys prefer sweet and shared the Nutella with bananas. They are only $5 a crepe and are huge, definitely big enough to share. Very good. Hurry though because the truck will only be there till March then it hits the road for festivals.

  3. I'd like a smaller version of each (1/4 and 1/4, maybe?)!

  4. Who would have thought? I need to think of something neat like that to sell.

  5. Gosh, I only think of crepes as being a sweet dessert. The other combinations you mention sound interesting. Sounds like you had a nice day out :). (Hope you got that fence sorted.)

  6. As a specialist, I'd say that's a bit too thick for a real Breton/French crêpe but I'll try it nevertheless! Did they have traditional ham/egg/cheese?

  7. Oh! Now you're making me hungry .... I'll take mine with lemon and a light sprinkling of sugar.

  8. Yum! I love crepes and even better when a true artist is doing the cooking for you!:) I can't wait till our outdoor markets return, along with the traveling creperie.

  9. That chicken crepe sounds delicious. I wonder if the Original French Creperie makes stops in Tennessee?

  11. A crêpe artist! What a wonderful idea! I see marmalade there too. I'm with Ciel de Quimper - I'll take one with ham/egg and cheese. I wonder if that would still be a croque madame?

  13. The only time I am fortunate to have a crepe is when we go to art festivals. I am always the first in line☺ Have a great day.
