I saw this guy at the St. Patrick's Day Festival. I liked his t-shirt. I was on a mission to get some random people photos, something I am horrible at. I tried to get this guys picture without him knowing but he'd never turn around long enough. Finally my husband just said "hey, she wants to take your picture" gah! Embarrassing. Makes me feel like a stalker haha...well anyway, I did think he was interesting, so posed or not, here he is!
Hahaha, I think I would have been mortified. I'm terrible at taking photos of people, although, once when I was taking random photos at a festival, one guy said, hey how abut me? You just never know. This guy looks as though he enjoyed having his photo taken. Nice catch!
ReplyDeletei do that all the time - trying to be a sneaky photographer takes work. too funny!! ( :
ReplyDeleteI'm just wondering where he found those red pants with the ties at the bottom.
ReplyDeleteHusbands! I'm glad he was game, though.
ReplyDeletei like him! :)
ReplyDeleteTanya, it is not that hard! 80 percent of the people you ask will say "OK," and the rest are polite when they say no. I haven't run into an axe murderer yet.
ReplyDeleteWhen I am in Roanoke I kind of hold the camera at my side to take street photos and get some kind of neat angles. I don't usually mess with people as they sometimes come unglued. The guy looks kind of familiar but I don't know where I would have run across him. It was a nice day to be out!
ReplyDeleteOne of my cousins, Doug, goes to those Swag things, lotsa lotsa hippies... they shut down the one that took place every summer in this area cuz of the drugs going around. The Swag tshirt, long hair, 2 fingers up for the peace sign & the cig in the other hand could pass for my cousin, too.
ReplyDeleteok, i thought that what appears to be the string for his shorts was a cig in his left hand
ReplyDeleteHe was so worth the effort! I love it:) I'm very shy about asking people for pictures, no matter how interesting or amazing they look, and I need to work on it!
ReplyDeleteHaha how funny. I love to see random photos of people but I would never be brave enough to ask someone to take their picture! I would have been embarrassed too!
ReplyDeleteInteresting shot!
ReplyDeleteI love to see photos of people, so many different expressions and it's fun to see the personality captured.
ReplyDeleteHA! I think he looks a bit scary! lol
ReplyDeleteGreat comments that are fun to read. Love the photo and your story how you got it.
ReplyDeleteCertainly unique.
ReplyDeletePlease have a good Tuesday ahead.
That's some outfit.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely interesting! Nice to see he has the nerve to wear those pants!
