Virginia Tech - War Memorial

While touring the campus on Sunday, there was some sort of constuction going on at this memorial. It was taped off so I couldn't get any closer. I didn't know what this was till I got home and researched. You can read more HERE

  1. I didn't know the story behind this either. I followed the link, and I'm so glad there is this way to honor the fallen. My husband graduated from Tech. I will have to ask him if he remembers visiting this.

  8. Interesting link Tanya and so many names etched there for eternity. I agree with William you've shot this beautifully. I enjoyed reading about your 'Black Friday' shopping venture..I saw some of it on tv, it looked wild :)

  11. Hi Tanya, I like this image a lot. Very dramatic looking and a lovely memorial.

People have let me know that my links are appearing on their blog and I see that they follow me here like a millstone around my neck! I wrote a post about it today asking for help on how to get rid of them.
