Downtown Charlottesville, VA

After visiting the Marine Corps Museum we spent some time in Charlottesville. This was the beginning of the month...I'm pretty sure all that snow is gone now with the spring like temps we've been having recently!

  8. What a lovely area!!!!
Do you ever see anything from The Dave Matthews band in the area? I know this is where they started and I believe all their charitable efforts go happen in this area.

  9. It hasn't changed a bit since I visited. Well, except there were tornadoes instead of snow!

  10. Charlottesville is a terrific place! I bet the snow is gone, too. We've lost about a foot and a half up here...only another foot and a half to go.

  15. Oh, this is one of our favorite little towns to visit! The carousel is amazing!

Amanda and her family live in the Historic South West part of Roanoke. Their home was on the Parlor Tour last Christmas... so many, many beautiful old homes in Roanoke!! I'm in hog heaven visiting there. For lots of reasons. :) blessings ~ tanna
