Coffee or Dr. Pepper?

Downtown Roanoke

Aren't these great? From what I have read, both signs date back to the 1940's.

  1. ...what a neat shot. I'll have a Dr. Pepper, coffee isn't my thing! Thanks Tanya for stopping by, let's do it again.

  2. I love these! I have been across the street from them, at Taubman.

  3. I love coffee and coffee loves me. Dr. Pepper, I'm not sure about. I went to visit her the other day and she told me to go into a small room and take my clothes off. Do all doctors called Pepper do that? I left by a back door and went out and bought a Coke. :)

  4. True icons of Roanoke for a long time. For me, I love both products. Dr Pepper reminds me of my childhood. Haven't had one in a long time.

  5. I haven't seen a Dr. Pepper for a longtime. They left Canada many years ago. Sears will be next to depart. They will be gone by the end of the year.

  6. I thought the H & C Coffee sign looked a wee bit familiar Tanya ☺

  7. Fantastic signs! I like Dr. Pepper, but I'd have to go with coffee if I could only choose one.
