Barn Charm Tuesday

Drive by in Shawsville, Va. I really liked the whole setting of this, with the great old house. Wish I could have gotten closer :)

To see more barns from all over, visit Tricia, host of Barn Charm!

  2. I like the setting - it seems isolated and sheltered. Nicely done.

  3. I have that problem of great looking barns way over there with no road by them! So, we get what we can take! Nice post.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today and leaving a comment.
This is a great photo - there's something about old barns and old farmhouses that's so.....romantic..? Takes us back to another time.

  6. I like this scene with the yellow fields against the green trees and the nestled house and barn.

  7. Well, if you had gotten closer, you couldn't have fit both in the scene...and I like it...specially when enlarged

  9. I wonder how they put the barn a bit far from the house? There must be some kind of story in here. ^_^ thanks for the visit.

  10. I've never seen a barn sitting that far away from a house before. Around here they're usually too close. lol
