September Theme Day - People Watching




While visiting Myrtle Beach a couple of weeks back, Nick and I were sitting in our chairs watching this big group of guys get lined up for pictures. That's my oldest son Christian sneaking into the picture...

Last official weekend of summer here in the US...enjoy!!

    Isn't autumn beginning at the solstice in the USA like it does everywhere else? This year it's equinox Sept. 22 I believe...

    1. yes you are correct but here in the usa, this is labor day weekend, which is the end of all the summer time fun...back to school, etc....although technically we still have almost a whole month left of summer!

  21. Oh, one more thing...just had a look to see how far Roanoke is from Shenandoah Mountains (was there in July). Looks a distance and a very nice spot in Virgina.

  25. Cute photo, Tanya! Last official day of summer, yes, and I bet a lot of people are out celebrating. We have a good month before we start seeing any relief from the heat, but we just had our lovely vacation, so I am happy!
