Roanoke Sister City Sculptures

Century Park Plaza . Downtown Roanoke

The sculptures were created by Mimi Babe Harris and Donna Essig in 2004 as a tribute to each of our seven sister cities, and are part of the City of Roanoke's public art collection.

Roanoke Sister Cities:

Wonju, Korea
Kisumu, Kenya
Pskov, Russia
Florianòpolis, Brazil
Opole, Poland
Lijiang, China
Saint-Lô, France

  10. Cool! I had no clue about Saint-Lô! The cows are pretty much local of Normandy but the headdress looks more like Breton than Norman to me! :-)
