This Morning's Visitor

This morning when Nick was leaving for work, we spotted our "resident snake" again, lol. And yes JM, when I say "resident snake" I mean because he lives here, and hangs around the property, keeping the mice population down. Must be working hard because I haven't seen any mice. Funny that I posted a picture of him yesterday and haven't seen him in a couple of weeks, and now here he is!

This morning's photos are courtesy of Braden!

  1. Well done, Braden! That first shot really gives us a sense of how very long the snake actually is. It seems as if your family is beginning to feel some fond affection toward your reptilian co-resident.

I'm not sure I'd like a resident snake though!

  6. It is alway true that you write about something or someone you haven't seen or cannot find, and voila, there it appears. I think it is great that you have an outside snake as a pet! I started a series today on my website from my photography tour. It was quite an interesting trip to the slot canyon and Vermillion Cliffs. Also, if you like travel photos, we have posted action photos from Buenos Aires, Argentina on our travel photo site, www.vivalavoyage.com. Happy Monday!

  7. I'm not at all sure I would like a resident snake. My first words when I met what became my husband were "get away from me"...he was carrying a boa constrictor. (He was working at a pet shop.)
