Mellow Yellow Monday



This was taken yesterday at the Roanoke Outdoor Circus which is a new annual event to promote healthy, outdoor recreation.

    I have pleasant memories at the circus as a child. These are nice.

    Perfect photo op -- and thanks to Monsanto, we might just see some of these freakish veggies someday. :)

    PS -- the loaf pan for the cookies is just the regular 9 X 5 1/2 inch.
