This house is really cute, but needs some work. I LOVE the green color! But the deal breaker would be the railroad tracks right at their front door! How would they sleep?
This house looks like it might be a candidate for the Habitat For Humanity program called a Brush With Kindness. The green paint needs refreshing. Perhaps that porch could be straightened. Fine looking little house.
