Willy Nilly Friday 5 No. 63

Our local high school's football team has made it into the state championship semi-finals. This is the first time in the history of the school! Everyone is really excited about it! The game is on Saturday and I will be helping out in the concession stand. I'm sure I will be busy, busy, busy!

So for my 5 today, I'll show you the buzz around town!

1)
Our school is Lord Botetourt High School...they are the Cavaliers...

2)
Ashlyn graduated from this school in 2012 and Christian in 2015...

3)
Happy & sad....such a juxtaposition...the excitement for the game...the flag at half staff in honor of the victims in San Bernardino...

4)
Braden and Dalton will be going to this school next fall...can you believe it?! Me neither!

5)
You can just make out a bit of the high school and the parking lot behind that Bellacino's sign...

Well, that is my 5 for this week! I hope you will join in! Post 5 randoms, link back and visit others!! Have fun and have a great weekend!! Go CAVS!!

  10. I love looking at a post where I recognize the pictures. I have a job for you. Go out and take pictures of the two old slave houses on the plantation before they move them. I think they are coming to Daleville. I read about it on the internet and I would love to go and see them...dating back to 1800. I think they are being moved in February to your neck of the woods. I really want to go and see them.
