We have passed Troutville many times, but never turned and gone there. I am surprised that there are homes like this there! Are there stores, where do they shop?
As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's really the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years more and weigh an average of 19 kilos lighter than us.
(And by the way, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING to do with "HOW" they eat.)
