ReplyDeleteI wonder what kinds of things he finds? Spanish doubloons?
ReplyDeleteGreat shot but I think he needs to just sit back and enjoy the view! The color of the sea is amazing!
ReplyDeleteIllegal in many places in my area.
ReplyDeletethis is a common practice on our beaches!! i don't really understand why people do it but perhaps they enjoy it. i am more interested in shells and sea glass, those are my treasures!!!
ReplyDeleteI'm headed to my treasure of a Mexican restaurant to have find the salt on that margarita! Fun treasure post!
ReplyDeleteI call this coin shooting! We have one, but rarely use it anymore. It's fun to take it to the beach in the fall- lots of coins in the sand...and a whole lot of bottle cans and pop tops.
ReplyDeleteI'm baffled by that sort of thing myself.
ReplyDeletePerfect shot! I hope he finds something good...
ReplyDeleteNever see one of these machines without thinking of the British TV program, The Detectorists.
ReplyDeleteWonder if he found anything.
ReplyDelete...but how exciting if he finds something :) I've always wanted to try this!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to be on a beach searching for treasure too. My dad use to have one of those and enjoyed looking for treasure even if it was just a few cents change.
ReplyDeleteI keep thinking I want to get a metal detector, but all tat walking! :-)
ReplyDeleteSearching for my lost silver earring... but's not the right beach ;-)
ReplyDeleteI hope he found it. :) LOOK at that beautiful clear water! *Swoon*
