While picking up the boys from their friend's house recently I noticed that Pleasant Hill Baptist Church is ready for fall! Tomorrow marks the first day of Autumn :)
Ah, fall! I certainly could wait a while longer for the transition! Shalom! Today is the International Day of Peace (9/21/12) May you and all countries know and enjoy peace.
I like fall as long as it feels like fall, winter brings too much firewood hauling for this old man. Warm is good. The photos are the best in fall, that is my favorite time to take early morning landscapes.
WOW! That stonework is gorgeous. How I wish we had some of it at our place. Yes, it looks like the church is all decked out for fall. Just think, this time tomorrow it will have arrived. genie
Guess that nowadays very rarely people are able to build such stone walls. Wonderful picture. Yes, can't wait for autumn to arrive. Please have a good weekend.
I remember when the stone walls were built. My husband Aunt Lenna donated the funding to have the walls built, and my husband and grandfather dug the footers for it. I think that was in the 1990s.
And check out that gorgeous blue sky!! WOW
