I can't think where that one is though I feel like I have been by it. Years ago Rt 60 was a major route with lots of trucks and a thriving truck stop was situated where Rt 42 and 60 came together and the place was called the Triangle. It reminds me of that area.
Nice find Tanya! This place reminds me of the old motels we used to stay in when we would go on vacation when I was a kid. They seemed much nicer back then!
Lots to look at here, I wonder if it is even open. a relic from the past for sure. And look at the covered up sign, it advertises T.V. So just having a T.V. must have been a big thing back then!
i love the old motor home. not sure if you read your old comments. i am just getting back to commenting on all the church posts at Inspired Sunday & i thank you for linking up with ... i appreciate it & enjoy your friendship. ( :

ReplyDeleteThe place could use a new coat of paint. It does feel quite similar to motels we'll see in quiet places up here.
ReplyDeleteAll kinds of things going on with this place. Great find!
