I'm going to show you some springy-ness that's popping up around my house:
1) My front porch and the neighbor's pretty white tree...
2) Looking down the street at another pretty white tree...
(I have blooming tree envy as none of my trees in my yard bloom at all...we've been here almost 2 years and I need to plant a few pretty blooming trees!)
3) Forsythia across the street...
4) One of my favorite views along Mountain Pass Road
5) I took these on Thursday afternoon as I was heading out to do a few errands...it was a pretty day, blue skies and warm weather but that's all supposed to change over the weekend, maybe even some snow, yikes! I'm so worried that everything that has bloomed will die and spring will be ruined before it has even had a chance to be spring!
That's my 5 this week! I hope you play along too! Post 5 randoms, link back, visit others! Have a great weekend :)

Gorgeous whites and yellows! I love your rocking chair. And of course, the gorgeous Blue Ridge. Rats to the weekend snow! I had wanted to go to Richmond.
ReplyDeleteSo lovely blooming spring! Our forsythias still not out for long... but wed had some warm days too. It's cold again, but spring is in the air.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend

Good Morning and thanks for hosting. We have trees/shrubs budding out in north Georgia also. Your mountain views are gorgeous. Wishing you and your family a blessed weekend.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! Yes, looks like we'll have some winter now . . . I'm gonna pretend i could sit on that front porch and think
ReplyDeleteWow! I can't believe all the blooms in your area! I love that mountain view!
ReplyDeleteI love that first shot of your porch with the rocker and tree in bloom!
ReplyDeleteLooks like spring alright in your neighborhood!
Have a fun weekend!
Love your beautiful spring shots! Oh how wonderful are the blooming trees and bushes this time of year there! Wish I could find some color here, but alas, not yet! I still can't link in...your linky and the list of people participating just doesn't show up on your post for me anymore. I don't know why but I am hoping to get my niece to see if something is going on with my computer! Have an awesome day!
ReplyDeleteLove that tree with the white blossoms. We have a few of those, too. Many of our trees never do lose their leaves but those that do are coming back with a vengeance. Of course it was 85 degrees yesterday!
ReplyDeleteThe rocking chair is an appealing sight to me!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful spring photos! We have so much snow so I wonder when spring arrive to my country...
ReplyDeleteGorgeous images Tanya.. I can't believe that you have more snow coming this weekend.. when will it all stop :) Mind you it's the same here, except it's the heat that won't stop!
ReplyDeleteI came home last night to not electric, heat, internet...home sweet home.
ReplyDeleteyou have more sun than we've had in the Annapolis area. Great pics of spring
ReplyDeleteEach is beautiful. We just got back from Hot Springs, AR. All the trees were in bloom there, but not here in Illinois yet. Although my Bradford Pear is on the verge of blooming. I'm hoping this weeks 20s temps don't ruin my chances of flowers.
ReplyDeleteThat rocking chair looks mighty inviting!
ReplyDeleteYour comment about blooming tree envy made me realize I have spring envy of those that are already able to plant things! LOL But I do like your views you posted.
ReplyDeleteYour porch looks charming! I think nature is teasing us.
ReplyDeleteAt least we have pictures of spring to remind us to hold on a wee bit longer. Forsythia knows how to make a statement!
ReplyDeleteLove the view from your porch! Hope the weekend cold doesn't hurt the blooms! blessings ~ tanna
