The Coffee Pot Roadhouse . 2902 Brambleton Ave SW . Roanoke
Tomorrow we enter phase one of reopening Virginia. This will allow some non-essential businesses to slowly reopen. Places like salons, barbershops, restaurants with outdoor seating, churches, etc...I also read that the mall was to reopen...
The Coffee Pot is a historic roadhouse built in 1936 as a filling station and tea room.
Today I am thankful for a warm day back in the 70's....the weather has been wacky and cold with overnight freezes...so annoying!

Hello,
ReplyDeleteYay, Maryland is at phase one too.
I am thankful for the warm weather we are having. Wishing you a happy day and a great weekend ahead.
...this area begin to reopen tomorrow, I'm sitting this out for a bit longer. I can wait for a haircut. Thanks Tanya for stopping by, don't catch the Covid-19 cooties.
ReplyDeleteSome counties in PA are in the first phase of reopening but we are not among them. We are still on lockdown. Our case numbers are high! :(
ReplyDeleteI don't think northern Virginia is starting yet because theirs are still high as well 🙁
DeleteOur weather is warming up today, finally. Things are opening up here in Kentucky. Doubt I will be out and about much. Thanks for linking up and stay well.
ReplyDeleteLove the giant coffee pot, and right now I bet I could drink the entire thing! I have missed you!
ReplyDeleteWe don't eat out much but I'm even ready for some 'take out'! I love places like this! They usually make the best hamburgers!
ReplyDeleteWe are slowly reopening as well, but I'm still cautious of going to places like malls and gyms. I hope everything will return to normal soon.
ReplyDeleteWow, so you haven't had mail all this time? The Coffeepot is fun, creative building:)
ReplyDeleteSome people are impatient and want everything to open. Yet the Northern Virginia counties let the governor know that they are not ready to open even partially. They still have a growing number of Covid-19 cases. Personally, I'm staying with my current level of caution. My spouse is high-risk so we have to be careful.
ReplyDeleteStill only take away here. But next week schools open. My Niece is not really happy ;-)
ReplyDeleteCool house there!
Beautiful
ReplyDeleteGreat pics!
