Vacancy

This pretty old house appears to be vacant. It sits up the road from yesterday's house, on a hill, across from a church. I would be happy to take it off someone's hands and fix it up!

    Oh, yes... me too! The older homes (in my humble opinion) have so much more character than the sleek modern ones....

    That's a beauty, too... They did that to my house several years ago... from what I understand, it was in baaad shape, but they gutted & restored it.

    That is a sweetie, and bet she's got a story to tell. Older homes have so much more to give with the right bit of handy man skills.
