  21. I like that parking idea. Our Home Depot has special parking for Vets and active military, too. I've had the privilege to be able to visit the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington. It was very moving...

  26. At least the soldier walking patrol seems to have a heavy coat and a warm hat. Otherwise, this would be a very nasty duty, no matter how great an honor to be selected for this service.

  27. The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is a fine monument. All presidents in memory have placed flowers there on Veteran's Day, as well they should.
