Willy Nilly Friday 5 No. 91

1)
Downtown

Ooops, sorry Willy Nilly is late...forgot which day it was! The boys started 2-a-days for foootball practice yesterday. Have to have them at school by 6:45 in the morning and they practice till 2 with a break in the middle. School doesn't start till the 9th but it looks like summer is over for them :(

2)
Roanoke City Market at the end of the day...

3)
Looks like someone wore these shoes till they fell right off their feet. Could at least put them in the trash. Can't stand litter bugs!

4)
Hmmmm, now where have I seen this before? ;)

5)
Another from the artwalk because I love that old clock and the street lights downtown.

That's my 5 for the week! I hope you will play along, even if I am running late! Post 5 randoms, link back and visit others! Have a great weekend!!

I am linking up with Amy & Weekend Reflections & SkyWatch

  5. What fun - I didn't realise that you had a link up, so I think I'll join in the fun. It's nice to visit your blog again - so glad to have found you and your window on another part of the world.

  9. #3: it looks, as one plateau is missing, but, maybe, it should be an artwork too (arte powera)? ;-)
I like the oldfashioned clock and your other photos, thanks for the nice walk with you.
    Have a great weekend

  10. A very interesting series of shots. Art Walk must be a lot of fun...we have something similar here, but I've not attended it, yet!

  16. Football practice at 6:45, that sounds like truly committed footballers. I don't think any of my children would be up for that. Love the town clock! Have a lovely weekend.

  20. Great to see your pictures and explore a little with you. Very odd about those shoes! Thank you too for joining Five On Friday. I hope that you have a great August and I look forward to seeing you again in September! xx

  21. What is it with people and their shoes? They can be found in the craziest places! Art shows are fun, unless the heat is nearly unbearable. I'm sure the artists are much happier with heat than they would be with rain. That is a great clock. Roanoke does have some nice architecture from a bygone era. I'm long overdue to create a random post, hope to get that done Tuesday. (I guess that's now today!)
