This is what it looks like here at my house, this very second! It started snowing about a half hour ago and according to the weatherman, we may end up with 3-5 inches of this stuff before the day is done! Of course we got a snow day, yay!

Isn't it crazy? I heard about the weather too - what a winter we're having! Stay safe and warm.
ReplyDeleteOh that looks so good Tanya.. What I'd give for a bit of snow right now :)
ReplyDeleteWe don't have any snow here yet but it's coming soon. All the schools have been closed around here. Pretty photo!
ReplyDeleteWe don't have quite as much on the ground here yet, but it's flurrying all over the place. The boys were so happy to have a snow day. We're going to make cookies :-)
ReplyDeleteI never minded snow
ReplyDeleteWhen it came falling down
And covered all the earth
With white upon the brown.
But when it turned to slush
To deadly, icy mush
I said I'll wait the thaw
In Ocala, Florida.
You ain't seen nuthin' 'til you've experienced a Midwest winter. Snow has piled up, evolved into tired looking gray, chunky piles with slippery ice patches on roads and pathways, and our current temp is now a toasty −14F.
ReplyDeleteIt's snowing here, too. From 5-7" is expected.
ReplyDeleteNice shot!
ReplyDeleteOur snow has firmly established itself and continues to accumulate. It won't go away until well into April.
Sounds like your path may disappear before too long, enjoy the snow!
ReplyDeleteLove the quote! It snowed here yesterday and the wind had the snow swirling around like that. Show us a picture after it's done snowing.
ReplyDeleteglad you have off! enjoy!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful path, would love to walk it and take some photos myself.

ReplyDelete33 here with fine snow but not amounting to much, it could stop and I would be happy.
ReplyDeleteHow much did you end up with??? We are still getting snow...about 3 inches here at the house. It was beautiful, but I am tired of this COLD weather.
ReplyDeleteWe ended up with a snow day, based on the forecast, and no snow! lol
ReplyDeleteCool looking photo (pun intended) and that's about all the snow I like to see on my yard! Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteDoes that even qualify as snow, Tanya? When I was a boy . . .
ReplyDeleteLucky you! Stay warm.
ReplyDeleteThat's about all we got here. I was disappointed, but it was lovely just the same. :-)
ReplyDeleteWe ended up with about 4" and messy roads.
ReplyDeleteI really love a snow day!
ReplyDeleteWe could really use a good dusting! Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteWe ended up with a good snow that will be here a while. According to my mother, it will be waiting on more.
