Our school district is offering free breakfast and lunch to any child in our county so this morning I have volunteered to go to the elementary school that Braden and Dalton went to and help distribute them. We don't need anything right now at the high school I work at so for now we just volunteer where help is needed...kind of a day to day thing so far...

The first person to test positive in Roanoke happened yesterday although they are still waiting for about a hundred test results to come back.

  1. A fine walk in the park, and even Ozzy had a good time chasing geese that were in no danger of being caught. Good reflections.

  2. Beautiful photo of the courthouse..wow! I used to take our classes there for field trips. On the weekend we drove in from Daleville onto 581 and the cherry trees were awesome! Enjoy your beautiful area!

  3. It's still looking a little wintry in your area, but spring is officially here, so I expect the green will explode soon!

  20. I love all the pictures from the mines! Especially the ones of your sons and of course, Mr. Ozzy!! The wishing trees are where people attach/leave seashells with wishes and prayers, I've left quite a few there myself. Sometimes they are empty....sometimes many have left wishes. I have pictures of them on my instagram and I did a post on it maybe a year or so ago...not sure where or I would link it for you...sorry!! LOL Our beaches and parks have shut down, so we are looking for new places to walk and be outside safely. Take care!
