I don't know if Fat Daddy's BBQ was fixing special bacon-y samples but this line was one of the longest at BaconFest. It still goes on, and on, and on....way outta the picture! We didn't wait in this line. But I think I would like to go to Bedford and try them out in their restaurant. Hopefully the line won't be as long ;)

They must have something special going on.
ReplyDeleteI guess their food must be pretty tasty! I don't think that the name alone would entice me to try the food tho!
ReplyDeleteThe word fat on a restaurant may not be a good idea though I understand the whole thing about it. There was one near me called Two Fat Boys Barbecue and they actually put up a second sign that said Worst Barbecue in Virginia. There is now a lamp shop in that building.
ReplyDeleteYum! I love bacon and I'd love to have some right now. I like the name Fat Daddy's...it's memorable!
ReplyDeletewith a name like fat daddy's, it's gotta be good! :)
ReplyDeleteThat is a long line! I bet they had something good cooking!
ReplyDeleteSomething must be good enough for them to stand in such a long line! :-)
ReplyDeleteYou'll have to tell us!
ReplyDeleteTheir food must be very, very good! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm not a line waiter either -- did it smell good? :)
ReplyDeleteI would rather sit at the restaurant too:) B
ReplyDeleteGoing straight to the restaurant sounds just the ticket - and hopefully more budget-friendly too!
ReplyDeleteBBQ is so popular these days. People seem to be so schizophrenic about food. Half of our minds are focusing on organic and gluten-free and low cal and the like, and the other half are focusing on bacon and BBQ and baby backed ribs and . . .
ReplyDeleteBaconfest, yummy!
ReplyDeleteWhat ever they are serving it must be worth the wait. You have to promise to tell us about your experience after your visit to Bedford.
