Elmwood Park . 706 So Jefferson St . Roanoke

“It is easy to forget now, how effervescent and free we all felt that summer.”
― Anna Godbersen, Bright Young Things

I don't recommend getting in the fountains as they weren't built for that and you'd probably get into some sort of trouble if caught ;)

  2. I'd say they might if caught, but funny how so many folks, and children have done this, or thought about it!

  8. We have public fountains all over downtown Portland, and on hot days there are always kids (and some big "kids") playing in them.

  19. That's kind of weird. People are always letting their kids play in the fountains here. But they're more on ground level than this... maybe someone dared her to get in?

  21. If it is hot enough, I don't think they would care if they are supposed to be in there or not!

  24. With the weather super hot, it must be very tempting to just get in the fountain and splash about!
