I don't recommend getting in the fountains as they weren't built for that and you'd probably get into some sort of trouble if caught ;)

Looks a nice way to cool off though!
ReplyDeleteI'd say they might if caught, but funny how so many folks, and children have done this, or thought about it!
ReplyDeleteI'd probably end up in one. Trouble finds me.
ReplyDeleteIf caught... Funny picture!
ReplyDeleteI bet she needed the cool off that fountain provided. I'm sure you have it hotter than here.
ReplyDeletei thought so, too. doesn't look good for climbing in and out. :)
ReplyDeletewhat is it with people and fountains?
ReplyDeleteWe have public fountains all over downtown Portland, and on hot days there are always kids (and some big "kids") playing in them.
ReplyDeleteIt's just too tempting though when it's not :)

ReplyDeleteIf only we knew then how much fun we were having during the summer break!
ReplyDeleteBut I bet it felt oh so good :)
ReplyDeleteThis is a fun picture. It's certainly hot enough to want to get in the fountain!
ReplyDeleteSometimes you just need a refreshment.

I can see the temptation though.
ReplyDeleteMust be refreshing there :)
ReplyDeleteI like Elmwood Park, a wonderful place, beautiful picture!
ReplyDeleteLovely scene (even if you're probably right about the fountain!)

ReplyDelete... but it's a big temtation on a hot day -
ReplyDelete(oops, my English!)
It is a delightful shot.
ReplyDeleteThat's kind of weird. People are always letting their kids play in the fountains here. But they're more on ground level than this... maybe someone dared her to get in?
ReplyDeletethe whole family's in them if you click the photo lol...it just keeps going down the line with fountains full of kids haha
DeleteThat's what fountains are for, right? :-)
ReplyDeleteIf it is hot enough, I don't think they would care if they are supposed to be in there or not!
ReplyDeleteThat is a cute photo!
ReplyDeleteNice capture.
ReplyDeleteIt was so hot here today I would have splashed in a fountain myself.
ReplyDeleteGreat way to cool off though when the mercury rises!
ReplyDeleteWith the weather super hot, it must be very tempting to just get in the fountain and splash about!
ReplyDeleteWell captured!
ReplyDeleteI remember as a kid we were swimming in big fountains in the park. Those were the days....
ReplyDeleteStill, I like the image and it was probably very hot . . .
ReplyDeleteCool peace of shorts :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to sit in a fountain after my rides, on these days, when it is Blazing Saddles!
Nice capture, Tanya!
Have a Wonderful Day!
Peace :)
