Happy SkyWatching and Happy 2009!!
Movie Recommendation: I know this has been out for a while but our Pastor just did a sermon on perseverance last Sunday and showed a clip from the movie Facing The Giants . The kids and I had seen this back when it came out but after watching the moving clip he showed, we went out and bought it so we could watch the whole thing again. It's such a great film, with an awesome message whether you are struggling with your faith or your faith is stronger than ever. You have to see this movie!

ReplyDeleteSunshine Coast Daily - Australia
Our sky has been so active lately. I saw a few flakes around 7 AM when out with the dogs. I don't think we will see REAL snow this winter season..... oh, well, all the less for us to shovel. Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteNice light! Although cloudy, it looks much better than here...
ReplyDeleteTanya...this is a beautiful skywatch photo! Sorry I haven't been commenting much in the last weeks. I have been busy...but also have been struggling with the thought of maybe discontinuing my blog. Time is my enemy....as with all of us ...it seems there isn't enough time for all we want to do. So far I have been keeping it going. I love visiting all my favorite blogs ...but sometimes I haven't commented even when I want to. I'm sorry I haven't been commenting lately.
ReplyDeleteEasy (to take), simple (subject), but nice (picture)!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shot!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting my SWF this week.
Great view from the back door!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year! lovely skywatch pic. We're home now from a short vacation. We loved "Facing the Giants." You should see the first film that the same church produced, it's called "Flywheel." Be sure to watch the "making of" extra if you rent it. It's a remarkable story.
ReplyDeleteVery nice ... hopefully with a decent temperature around!
ReplyDeleteAll the best for 2009!!
The natural green and sepia tones are a beautiful back porch view!
