Monday Mural - The World is a Village

In Grandin Village, outside the coffee shop Cups, Toobz has rendered giant-sized likenesses of Roanoke’s dame of diversity, Pearl Fu, and Grandin Village caretaker James Tarpley in “The World is a Village.” From an article in the Roanoke Times
