Bridge

I love the shape of this bridge. Our frigid temps have warmed up a bit. Sunday morning when I woke up and went outside it was 32 and actually felt warm! Imagine 32 as warm but then when you've been in the single digits, it does feel like a heatwave!

  3. 32 as a warm? (I think it is 32F. So, it is simillar as here -- 30,2F.) Yes, it is sometimes warm ;)

Yes, they make. And everything is natural -- stone and leaves.

  5. I'm continuing my Celsius campaign! You should have stated 0°C! :-)) Here the temperature has now gone up - +10°C (now it's up to you to do the formula 9/5(C)+32=F! :-))

This is really a nice bridge, must be quite old. Still in use?

  8. Haha Peter, you keep on giving me lessons in celsius and hopefully it will catch on!

Jim, I'm not sure how old it is, maybe built about the time of the Blue Ridge Parkway as this was along it. The bridge style is similar to those along the parkway

Di, this was up at Peaks of Otter, I think we turned at the lodge towards the camp grounds.

  10. Very nice picture. Looks like something the kids would like to walk under if it wasn't so cold!

  20. I like the shape and the texture ... 34 degrees would be swim suit weather this week. Last week was 34 below zero...(didn't feel like global warming).

  21. Hello Tanya, I love the bridge, specially the stone bridge. I think about the story of it and imagine all kind of people could cross above and below of it.
