A picture a day from around the Roanoke, VA area.
I love these old clocks on streets when I see them. So often, tho, they are not working. Is this one functional?
i believe so! it was probably about that time when we were down there :)
I like Dr. Seuss's saying!
I've always liked that clock!
I like this old clock, Tanya, do you know how old it is?
No I couldn't find anything 😔 I'm going to have to dig deeper!
Quaint old clock adds nice character to the area.
I love it and of course I love anything Dr. Seuss!!!
I like old clocks. And I'd write more about that but I just don't have the time!
Yes it is! I'm glad it's still in use.
I lOVE this little poem, and send it out to the church every fall. Also love the clock. Big and easy to read. Nice ones with big hands are getting harder to find! Pretty building behind it with an awesome reflection in the glass!
Love old clocks like this- rarely ever see them anymore.
We have one very similar to this just down the street from where I live. It's funny to think watches once replaced public clocks and now cell phones have replaced watches. What will come next?
It is a wonderful clock.
I love it! We have a few clocks like that one in our downtown area.
I like the clock!
Looks an attractive place. Really love the clock - in some places over here some neanderthal would have covered it in graffiti, or worse, by now!
Clocks like this are nice and unique. I like it!
I like those old clocks!
