Somewhere near Lake Robertson
That's the one problem with taking a back road, I can never remember where it was but they have some of the best views! Much better than taking the freeway :)

Yes, that is a glorious backroad view!!!
ReplyDeleteI definitely agree...MUCH better than the freeway. You're lucky tho...most of the 'back roads' around here are gravel instead of paved. What a pretty view.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo. I miss leaves on the trees. Coming soon? The sky is so beautiful blue, so bright. Thanks for this glimpse into your environment.Love it We never have yellow stripes in the middle of the road. Only white :-)
ReplyDeletethis was taken back in april so now all the trees have filled in!
DeleteOK! Thanks. It must be so beautiful now!
DeleteBackroads get you where you need to go but let you enjoy their beauty!
ReplyDeleteA lovely countryside view Tanya.
ReplyDeleteI always enjoy the surprises of travelling an 'uncharted' back-road.
I believe I may have been to the lake. But never seen this beautiful view. Back roads ROCK!
ReplyDeleteI'm with you Tanya. Hate main roads, never go on our UK motorways, just slow and easy as far away from the crowds as possible.
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely the road to go, less taken but so scenic!
ReplyDeleteThat is a lovely scene!
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful road! Love the barn too!
ReplyDeleteThanks Tanya for your nice comment on my "Good Fences"
It looks quite serene!
ReplyDeletereally pretty. i do that, too. can't remember where it is... :)
ReplyDeletebackroads can't be beat
ReplyDeleteWhat a pretty country road.
ReplyDeletethe backroads are so much better than the highway!!! that's a beautiful image!!!!
ReplyDeleteCool barn/fence scene. My problem would be not finding my way back home if I don't go a route that I know well.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely better scenery on the country and off roads. Nothing on these busy freeways, but traffic.
ReplyDeleteyou need a map to figure out where the roads were :) Love them too.
ReplyDeleteThat's gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteYou have some beautiful winding roads there! More of a challenge to get photos while driving! Enjoy your day and the weekend ahead! Hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteI always think I'll remember, but one back road leads to another...
