I have never seen a plaque like this on an old house but I couldn't find anything out about it.

It's a nice looking structure; for some reason it reminds me of a frat house! :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like an notable seal. Is this a college building?
ReplyDeleteClassic!
ReplyDeleteWhat is his building? Looks like a courthouse or city building. I think the sign says 150? Maybe they are celebrating the building's age?
ReplyDeleteThe anniversary of the building's founding, I guess.
ReplyDeleteHow pretty! I love those columns.
ReplyDeleteI also noticed the number 150.

ReplyDeleteQuite a building!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a majestic home! It would be intriguing to learn the building's history. Love those columns.
ReplyDeleteOK.....You have got Buddy and me searching. It looks like a sorority or frat house but I cannot find a image of it. The 150 year thingy makes us think it was a Greek frat house but we are just not sure. Like it was the anniversary of its founding. So you remember where you saw it? That would help us to identify it. All the shots from BV and South Buffalo I know. Sigma Nu was founded here, but that building does not have that entrance. I am not going to sleep til I figured out. genie
