A beautiful sunrise we had at the beginning of the week...these pictures really belong side by side as that's the view from my back deck... linking with SkyWatch Friday

Lake Forest . Troutville

This little pond isn't too far from belongs to the Lake Forest Subdivision...Dalton likes to fish here sometimes... yesterday I pulled over to see if it had flooded yet but it was still early in the day...was a little higher than normal...wonder what it is like today though...while looking I noticed something else...

...a little library and it was FULL!

Lowe's . Bonsack

While at Lowe's this week (I work there part time... I'm also still working part time at the high school but this is my last semester as the boys will be graduating!!) a regular came in with his beautiful Great Dane, Chinook... Chinook gets lots of attention when they come in but he also always has his 2 Boxers wait out in his and my friend went out to pet them! I see these guys everywhere actually and take their picture when I do! Linking with Eileen's Saturday's Critters

...what a way to start the day.
    ...lovely in black and white.
    ...little libraries are neat.
...I'm sure that Great Dane does get a lot of attention.
Thanks Tanya for stopping by, enjoy your weekend.

  2. Your sky pictures are gorgeous! The jet streams look like art! Your first picture looks just like the road in front of U.V.A.

  3. Such fun and gorgeous images! Love the pup out the window but your skies are awesome :)

I'm so glad to see you at 'My Corner of the World' this week!

  5. How often do couples have mutual knee surgery? Your sky shots are nothing short of spectacular.

  6. Those sky shots are fabulous. I hope your family make happy and speedy recoveries. Surgery is never easy.

  7. Super Willy Nillys Tanya, love the rainy first shot in Downtown Roanoke, good news about Braden ✨

  10. Gorgeous skies and such unusual contrails in the second photo. Those little libraries are a wonderful idea!

  11. I've never seen contrails quite like the ones in your photo, and to have them at sunrise - perfect. Also enjoyed the reflections on the wet road. Have a great week!

  12. I love that first shot- pretty cool- you have a good photo-eye!
    Have a great weekend!

  13. I love to see those little corner library boxes. We have several in our town and try to donate when I think about it. I haven't found a book in them yet that I wanted to check out. But I won't give up. - Margy

  14. Beautiful colours!
We have a library box nearby. It's full, though!!!
    Love to doggie!

  15. love your reflection shot. Looks so clean and colorful :)

  16. Oh, the first one reminds me of beautiful Perth a lot!
    I am "homesick" now... ;-)
Well, what a start for a new love, let´s hope they´re both back to health soon!

  17. the dog likes to look out the window !!
    all photos are great!

  18. What a way to start a day looking at that scene on your back deck. This sunrise is a blessing.

  19. Tanya, Bonsack needs to be working for TV advertising agencies. Cars dangling from SUV's lately, I'm thinking Jeep? I like too, your Reflection from the rainy highway and the city lighting. I came from James Reflections but I also have been doing Tom's weekends since he started, 2 1/2 years now.
Thanks for peeking in on me.
