More from yesterday's post around "The Bridges" in Roanoke:
1)
I liked the ice cooler with the old dilapidated buildings...
2)
3)
I wanted to see what the graffiti said but was a little nervous about getting too close to that end of the bridge...
4)
The message made me a little more nervous so I turned around and went back the other way haha
5)
This was such a neat area to explore!
That's my 5 this week! Now it's your turn! Post 5 randoms, link back and visit others! Have a great weekend :)

This is a great collection of rust, decay and age esp with the top two photos. The message you posted seemed to be a tempting draw and a scary idea!
ReplyDelete...looks like you have been in my neck of the woods!
ReplyDeleteLoved these images ... the older, rustier and aged ... the more interesting! Fun! Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, love the old rusty building. Happy Friday:)
ReplyDeleteThat old building's seen a lot of use.
ReplyDeleteWow, that is a perfect place for photographic and other adventures - wish, I were there!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend
How on earth did you find this place? I have never seen a building that is all rusted like this. And with a modern ice chest across from it, too. No one around to mow the grass either, so it must be totally deserted. Wonder when the graffiti was written, it is a bit creepy.
ReplyDeleteI would have been nervous too but you got some great pics.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the rust in these photos!
ReplyDeleteI like the rust. That is something special beauty! Those photos are so lovely. Happy day to you!Thank you for your host.
ReplyDeleteWow, love that second shot!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, I love rusty buildings with peeling paint!
ReplyDeleteGreat derelict building you found.
ReplyDeleteI love exploring abandoned areas, although I live in a village that is in real danger of becoming a ghost town and most of the buildings are derelict!
ReplyDeleteI've been meaning to swing by here for the longest time as I always see willy nilly friday pop up when I'm doing the rounds for Five on Friday, great to finally meet you properly in blogland :) hope you've had a wonderful weekend
I love places like this. I felt jittery for you just sitting here reading your post and the saying sprayed on the wall. Good move on your part for the leaving.
