A picture a day from around the Roanoke, VA area.
Great mural! I love the raccoon on the edge. :-) The schools are closed in Campbell County, as are county offices, etc. But not the newspaper office.
That's a very pretty one and I like how you've shown the bricks where the raccoon sits and looks!
Very colourful, love the peeping raccoon!
No school over here and it is warm this morning, lots of sleeping going on except for us working boys and girls.
i like the raccoon crawling on the bricks. :)
I love the bright colors. We have new mural going up in town. I need to go get a progress picture of it. Schools are out around here too. Nice drive to work this morning, not much traffic.
Bright and cheerful. The mural, that is. But every teacher hopes for kids who are bright and cheerful, too! :)
Nice mural, shame you could not get the wole thing in one shot.
it sure is cheerful. i love all the colors. ( :
Beautiful colours in this mural, Tanya!
That is a nice mural. Is it public or private ? Those colors really shout out at this time of year.
it's right along a street in blacksburg, i think above it is a parking lot if i remember correctly!
Hope of spring is alive in that mural! Pretty sure school is out here for MLK, but with no little kids at home, I usually don't pay attention!
Unfortunately no MLK day here in Germany! :) Hope you are enjoying a day with your kids though.Love the colors in this mural, especially the purple flowers.
I love all the flowers on this mural and the raccoon is cute perched on the side!
Very nice, I like this!
What a pretty mural! Very well done :)
Talented artists about in your part of the world. Glad you found it.
So cheery, I love the colors. Sadly, still a lot of folks working away here, but it feels like 'casual Friday':)
The flowers seem to pop right off of the wall! Yep, schools are closed here today too. :)
I like the Racoon.
That's a beauty!
Those flowers make me think of springtime, but the raccoon looks more like a lemur to me!
Now that's a pretty mural, that would cheer up the worst of spots :)
That is a gorgeous mural! My youngest was out for the day….but no such luck for the mama. :)
I bet this mural makes you long for Spring. Thanks for showing us the other half. Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
